Added responsibilities such as Quality Rep, Training Officer, ISO rep, and given specific tasks/projects to construct and complete with minimal supervision. Often used to re-evaluate processes to find safety concerns and ways to make processes more efficient, as well as design new concepts for possible equipment to assist in the processes. Created an extensive training program for Mineral Processing, as well as Comprehension and Retention testing, training expectations and policy, and new hire certification.
