What defines you?
Experiences define us, values guide us & motivations drive us. My hardships, wins, & interactions have provided me with the ability to perceive my surroundings, determine relations & causality, & engage with those around me to seek resolution.
We are not alone & are rarely the first to experience something. While our motivations give us strength & our values keep us in check, we can engage in sustainable solutions that arise to the occasion, build bonds, & break-through blockades.
In this, we can be first. In this, we can be best. Groups turn into teams. Teams turn into families. Success becomes organic & Outward Mindsets are more easily adopted. Crucial conversations are more easily had. Succession & development become byproducts instead of initiatives.
Quality & growth become scalable, sustainable, steady, & exciting. Mission & Vision statements have loyal support & dedication to carry them, follow them, & share them, & through the reclaimed efficiency & time, improvements & community involvement become more possible, & feel like rewards & incentives, instead of pressures & metrics.
Situational scenarios need situational problem-solving. Situational leadership with transformational values provides solutions. There is no fault in trying, even if you miss the mark, but there is a fault in looking the other way.
I am a dedicated, driven, & authentic individual that has allowed my failures & successes to mold me without sacrificing my values. I’m a father, a husband, a son, a veteran, a poet, & a builder. I’m a fixer, an analyzer, an educator, a student, & a trained leader.
I seek to find problems, but more importantly to find solutions. I want my growth to continue with a company that aligns with my values, values my skills, & provides the resources for shared success.
If this is you, then I look forward to adding you to my ever-growing slideshow of life, & if not, perhaps we still have things we could discuss?
Either way
I thank you for your time!
