As a member of the leadership team for the start-up sector of material analysis, I created a document development, approval, and control process, Unique Identification structure for documents, Asset ID structure for assets, document control, and archival library, an intranet system for each department and site, training, curriculums, process maps, CAPA logs & process, automation, incident management platform and process, task lists, Gantt charts, and purchasing/acquisitions platforms. Further, I helped navigate timelines, callout risks, and assign tasks via the readiness plans developed within the intranet. I assessed gaps in EHS and Training, developed paths for improvement and worked toward continual improvement via CAPA. As a small team, we all wore several hats. Mine were related to EHS, Quality, IT, Compliance, Growth, Training, and the purchasing and acquisitions department.

As a start-up, the operations greatly relied on investor funds. Key investors failed to meet their obligations, which caused staff to go unpaid. After 2 months it was, unfortunately, time to look elsewhere so I could take care of my family.
