  • Created, improved, and managed training program and personnel progress as well as managed the Calibration program and Quality Manual. Assisted in the certification of sensitive material through a thorough precision cleaning process for military, aerospace, and aeronautical clientele. Analyzed new processes and assessed productivity and efficiency of said processes. Trained on high-pressure systems, electropolishing machines, lab and cleanroom environment concerns, safety, and contamination awareness. Used extreme technical and mechanical troubleshooting, and became more experienced with Microsoft excel, word, and PowerPoint to generate planning, presentations, and create worksheets and diagrams.

  • The economic status had caused many government contracts to halt, after the company was struggling to maintain operations I learned what it cost them to keep me on. I admired Doug & Debbie (the owners) and opted to leave to save them the cost. They are no longer around, but the company is, so I think it worked.
